This is the fourth of four entries for the Kumoricon 2008 Mascot contest. A bunch of friends and I are submitting entries so that if one of us wins we can all share the artist's table.

This is a dear friend of mine, Elina, who is well known for her cynicism, sarcasm, lolita fashion sense, and hair twirling. Wouldn't it be great if she won and there were thousands of little Elina chibis all over Kumoricon? :evillaugh:
